I smell loophole.  Specifically, I could just take out a full-page ad
and list all the domain names I want to warehouse.  As long as I phrase
the ad along the lines of, "If you give me your business, you could
register such great domains as:  <several hundred 'example' domains>!"

...and that'd be okay?

So where's the line?  At what point does it stop being protected by
virtue of being used in advertisement and become simple abuse?  3
domains?  5?  20?  100?  The domains I listed from that register.com
commercial are only a few of the ones they're using in multiple unique
commercials.  I'd estimate they've abused at least 10 domains in this
manner.

But that's okay, they're from the SRS.  They're here to help us.
