William - I agree with you - name.space is full of fools and yes - their
claims are excessive. They are the pigs in tld space. But that does not
change the argument. No matter how riddiculous and badly managed
name.space is - they still have a prior claim.
If you begin to discriminate in the first come first served principle -
just because your dealing with fools - you no longer by default are
practicing the first come first served principle. First come first served
is as blind as lady justice should be.
