Subject: bind9 question ??
I was attending the ICANN yokohama meetings when I heard that bind9 will
not allow carrying zones - or pointing to root servers outside the Unisted
States Government root servers. I've heard bind9 will automatically ftp
the cache file from the internic.
I've gone to vixies site and have seen nothing on this - so is anyone
aware of this, or is this misinformation. Maybe if Mr. Vixie is hanging
out here he might enlighten us with his guidance.
