Sounds like Lauren is doing the old paddling trick. I think Lauren and
Peter have discovered that ICANN's control of the root is based on consent
of the masses and as that consent vaporizes Lauren and Peter seem to be
making some effort at attempting consent. I smell an election somewhere -
don't you?
