Great, more opportunities to waste our time.

In Yokohama, many members of the so-called
Civil Society groups asked the ICANN Board
members *not* to dilute the At-Large membership.

Person after person approached the microphone
and said the same thing, pleading with the ICANN
board members *not* to reduce the 9 At-Large
directors as specified in the White Paper down
to 5.

In the end, ICANN decided to reduce the seats
from 9 to 5 -- no comments given to the Civil
Society participants.

Same old ICANN :-(
