Who could possibly meet the conditions, except for ISOC nominees?
There are no open mailing lists for At-large members, and no
provisions on the ICANN website for anything but propaganda for
their own nominees.

The Nominating Committee nominees don't represent the At-large
members. They represent the incumbent unelected Board.

Who or what is TLDLobby.com? (There are more people jumping on the
ICANN scam bandwagon than you can shake a cattle prod at.)

This is obviously a well-meaning effort by Ms. Oppenheimer. But all
of these efforts are contributing to pull the wool over peoples'
eyes. With only 5 out of 18 Board seats, the ICANN Nominating
Committee nominating the majority of the candidates, and a new bylaw
that permits the Board (that is, the current Board) to review the
At-large process and even revoke At-large directorships, it's
evident that the At-large membership will be almost totally impotent
to impose the needs of Internet users on ICANN, and is being used as
a PR stunt to legitimize ICANN's control by U.S. big business.

Don't let yourself be used against your own interests.
