[IFWP] IFWP Rides again

I don't know how usefull this is, but I just rigged the IFWP
list so repied will actually be sent to the list insetad of
bounce becase nobody can wake the CIX up to point the MX record
for ifwp.org here again after the domain expired and somebody
paid for it.

So, here it is, smoke 'em if ya got 'em.
