I know this is more than likely not interesting to you, but did want
to mention lately I've just been using oggdrop for windows. Works
well... not real sure if .ogg actually has an ID3 style system though
as I've never used ID3 tags. Might be worth considering to use ogg
format if so? (though, surely it would be a larger file size) Anyway,
dont use ffmpeg enough to help, sorry :(
