Dual booting is kinda a thing of the past IMHO. Should virtualize one or
the other and just boot into one OS, and run the other when ever.

Despite my use of Xen for Linux servers. I use VirtualBox for Windows,
both run on graphical Linux machines, desktops and laptops. I am not
using VirtualBox on a server, connecting via VNC or Remote Desktop
(rdesktop). I have been quite impressed with VirtualBox performance, on
machines without hardware virtualization support. Coming from using qemu
for Windows for years. Long before hardware virtualization support
existed.

run Windows unmodified. Otherwise you have to have a modified and
unavailable version of Windows to run on Xen.

There are web based and native desktop ones you can run.

Also came across this project which is rather interesting. Can manage
Xen, KVM, and other things.
