Just talked to Ernie. He is pretty sure we can get in with no
problems and does not believe we need to get insurance being that it
will be a sponsored event. We have an auditorium and several
classrooms to use, I told him we would prefer the auditorium, but if a
class takes it we would get bumped to one of the classrooms. The
auditorium is ~50 seat and the classrooms are very large, and have
seating for at least 30 people, and we could get more chairs from
other areas. I'm still waiting on confirmation on all this before I
say the facility is officially 'available' so no confusion on venue
choice or retractions happen. Ernie said he would also like to talk
once in a while about the linux program we run and about potential
jobs/internships which I told him would probably be very welcome.

Thanks
-Dan
