Though I haven't tried to mess with the secure DNS features, I think pfsense has it built in. What server specifically I'm not sure, but everything I've used in pfsense has been easy to implement.
It may be worth your while to set up a pfsense box. It is a wonderful product. On an unrelated note, I just noticed I talk a lot about freebsd a lot for being a Linux Guy LOL.
