Java 5 (all new development) - just one year experience. Needs to understand OO of the program 2. SQL (just looking for someone that has an understanding 3. Communication skills (written and verbal)   Will take a Computer Science Grad however needs to have a good understanding of JAVA in order to pass a test    Job Description:   The ideal candidate for the Application Development Analyst position is an individual that has the intellect, drive, programming experience in Java, BS degree in Computer Science, and preferably QA testing background. This person will be in responsible for automating QA test cases for various medium and large-scale applications.   Primary Responsibilities: 1. Using Rational Functional Tester (RFT)(However does not have to have this experience), design java classes and driver scripts in a manner that promotes code reuse while reducing the cost to maintain. 2. Maintain RFT scripts as the Application under Test evolves 3. Schedule and Execute RFT script based on incoming request 4. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and balance priorities from multiple projects and release schedules. 5. Ability to work some weekends and extended hours without conflicts.   QUALIFICATIONS: 1.Java 5 or above with at least one year work experience. 2. MS degree in Computer Science will substitute for work experience. 3. SQL experience is required (from a testing perspective such as building database queries, understanding database schema and database concepts) Does not have to have extensive experience just an understanding. 4. Prefer knowledge of a scripting language like Perl, Python, etc 5.Knowledge of SVN or Maven is a plus   -Strong interpersonal skills are required, as the successful candidate will interface with a wide range of personnel, and must possess the capacity to solve problems, resolve conflicts, and build relationships. This candidate will be working on multiple projects that support MSP. They will use RFT to test the data and promote code   Top Three Skills:   1. Creative Web Design- Taking creative assets from Advertising and 3rd party vendors to create web designs for the eCommerce website   2. Experience with Design Editors, HTML, _javascript_. Flash and ActionScript experience preferred, and should understand Control Structure   3. Ability to take their designs and actually develop them to make them live on the website.    Ecommerce Web Designer-PERM Job Description:   The eCommerce Web Designer will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing all creative elements on related web properties. The designer will produce both flat and interactive assets for our websites with an emphasis on overall branding, home, category, and landing page refreshes, new microsite templates, email assets and other special projects as needed.   Responsibilities: • Partner with the eCommerce Merchandise team to plan out messaging and align creative work ahead of delivery times. • Provide quick turnaround of marketing assets including daily emails, landing pages, homepage updates, promotions, display/ affiliate marketing banners, facebook/twitter support, mobile site content. • Responsible for projects from concept through implementation – including graphic design, creating prototypes/mock-ups, development, coding, testing, and debugging. • Implement the vision of the online experience; including design, informational architecture & brand identity, ensuring consistency across the entire visual presentation. • Work collaboratively with eCommerce and Marketing colleagues, as well as third party and other key stakeholders to capture design requirements and translate them into design solutions that drive business results. • Upgrades, maintains and provides ongoing advanced design of the website, promos, and advertising banners as well as seasonal content that are visually compelling and brand appropriate. • Ability to lead creative projects and bring them from concept to completion.   Qualifications: • Ideal candidate will have ecommerce web design experience at other retailers or marketing agencies. • 5+ years of web design experience with demonstrable skills represented by a portfolio of work. • 3+ years’ experience working in an e-commerce business. • High level of proficiency with the following programs & languages: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, HTML/DHTML, CSS, _javascript_, AJAX • Firm understanding of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and image optimization techniques • Elegant graphic, typography and web design skills with interactive user experience • Superior attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects are crucial. • Prior online web design experience. Strong knowledge/background related to web creative and associated concepts. • Detailed understanding of the Internet as it relates to working with an enterprise level eCommerce website. • Experience with content management systems. • Additional work hours will be required on an as-needed basis.    Additional Information:   This resource will be working extensively on the eCommerce shopping site. They do not need this person to necessarily come from a Retail or eCommerce background however it would be helpful. They will need to take create ideas/assets from other groups (Advertising department, 3rd party vendors) as well as build their own materials from scratch and implement it into the storefront. It is important that they understand overall branding/marketing strategy and be ok with implementing other peoples' ideas.   They should have strong experience with Design Editors, _javascript_, CSS, HTML (understand difference between version 4 and 5 but not working extensively with 5).
