[DFW CFUG] OT: Know any *good* available help desk types?

I know of a position that entails common internal help desk stuff, in addition to supporting client-sever applications to external customers. MC* certification would be a plus.  If you know someone who might fit that bill, contact me off-list.  If if isn't someone that you would hire for yourself without hesitation, please don't forward! :)
