it could be that command.com is on a bad sector. Can you rename the current command.com to something else and then copy a new
command.com onto the hard drive.
Have you run a scandisk on the drive?

Well, the command.com on the floppy seems to work fine when I boot off the floppy.... I did that and tried to do a SYS C:, but the SYS.com wasn't on the floppy...
