  • All positions hires should be currently involved in web development in some form.
  • One position will be primarily focused on Coldfusion development and should have significant experience in graphical design and be able to work with users to create attractive,  and current looking web sites for internal and external use.  Coldfusion Certified, JSP, Perl and PHP experience a plus.  They should be able to provide recommendations for colors, fonts, and designs.  They should have additional tech skills such as database (Oracle/SQL) and Operating System Experience - these requirements are meant to weed out the non-degreed, self taught coldfusion developers.
