Hi Ray,
I've attached code that I use to generate Avery 5160 labels through
Microsoft Word on the client's computer.
I have a results page that has a link to this page.
Note the fieldnames need to be changed to yours..
<p>#FirstA# #LastA#</p>

<p>#Citysta#, #State# #ZipA#</p>
