[DFW CFUG] congrats to the "new" CFUG manager

With all the consistent hard work that Matt has put in, many may not realize that he wasn't the official manager of this CFUG.  As he mentioned in this episode of the ColdFusion Weekly that status has become official with Adobe.   Congrats on the official-ness :)
