Help!

I'm working on finalizing the various MetaWeblog API specs for BlogFusion 5 and one function that I'm just now looking at is .newMediaObject. Basically this receives a binary string from whatever application is sending the XML packet back to BlogFusion.

As I understand, I can take that binary string and actually turn it into a file on my server. First question: Is that correct?

Second question... how do I do such a thing? (Don't worry about the specific MetaWeblog API stuff... just assume that I have a variable that has a big ass binary)

Any ideas?

Jake
