If you're looking to buy some software, SmarterMail is awesome, but it's not CF (ASP.NET). http://www.smartertools.com. I've run MDaemon Pro before too and it's fairly nice: http://www.altn.com/products/pricing.asp/product_id/MDaemon. I've never worked with MailEnable, but it looks fairly nice, especially the Enterprise version. ArGoSoft's Pro mail server is also pretty sweet for only $88.

We are going to update our mail server. Of course, for a small business, cost is always a concern. We have tried to find a Coldfusion solution that will allow users to set up their own users, but have not had much luck. We are looking at a piece of software called MailEnable. Any comments or suggestions on mail server software. We definitely are not interested in Exchange server Robert Shaw
