It's also dependent on the time - at this point in the summer, people
are out or trying to get out for vacation, or dealing with others in the
office being out on vacation. On top of that the list has spikes,
depending on the questions/threads being started. Someone will post a
great question about something and then there'll be a flurry of activity
followed by a slowdown on the list.
