I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one here who has used CFChart on a pretty
regular basis, but I can't say I've run into the need to change that
particular thing.
By reading the doc for CFChart it almost seems as if the x and y offset
attributes (with show3D = "true") might be able to achieve what you want,
but
I'm not claiming any experience with them.
