The name of this company is Implicit Solutions. The principle, Graham
Beachum III (a.k.a. Scooter Beachum) was the V.P. of a technology
holding company (Edge Technology a.k.a. Axtive Corp, a.k.a.
ThinkSpark) that bought an assorted array of technology firms during
the late 90s and early 2000s. Unfortunately, Media Resolutions (my
firm) was one of the companies they purchased. The entire operation
went out of business shortly after I decided to leave.

Client seeking an experienced Web Developer (ColdFusion/SQL Server).

maintenance of the TransitPool.com web application. This person will
maintain a Project list with milestones and timelines and work on
meeting project deadlines.
A minimum of 3-4 years of experience of Web application development
using ColdFusion MX, and SQL is required. A BS in Computer Science,
