Because I am using WINSQL as the db tool I sent a mail to support.
The answer IS:.....................
Change the ODBC mgr parm "ExtendedAnsiSQL" value from 0 to 1.
This change fixes the problem. I had tried the correct syntax in one of my
many trys.
This works when the ODBC mgr is changed.
CREATE TABLE CAT01(
CAT01id AUTOINCREMENT,
CarId integer default 0,
Carnumber varchar(25),
DateCreated datetime,
Q00Flag integer default 0,
Q01 integer default 0,
Q01Date datetime
)
when "ExtendedAnsiSQL" set to 0 this create fails.
