I'd use CGI.QUERY_STRING.
<cfloop index="i" from="1" to="#ListLen(CGI.QUERY_STRING,"&")#">
<cfset ThisItem = ListGetAt(CGI.QUERY_STRING,i,"&")>
<cfif ListFirst(ThisItem,"=") EQ "numPageID">
