i use enterhost, and i like the customer service--i can't speak to pricing. i have used their shared hosting and i have a client who is using their dedicated server. My only real complaint is that they have been slow to roll out CF7 to the shared hosting environments (which is a lot more of a complaint now than it was, say, 6 months ago, and i haven't checked again in the last couple of months). i don't know that i'm the best person to ask--someone else gave me a site that they had started at Enterhost and i never found reason to switch. When it came time to find the dedicated solution i mentioned, i looked around and couldn't find anything that met all the criteria that was significantly cheaper, so i stayed with them. When i send in tech support queries by e-mail, even on the weekend, i typically have a reply within 2-4 hours.
