I had a similar issue. It turned out that flash forms needs to access some
files in the /CFIDE/scripts/ directory. I copied the /CFIDE/scripts/
directory structure and relevant files into my application directory and
that fixed the problem. Might be the same issue.

I had Flash forms working on a site http://www.nationsbestsports.com/nbs4
which was set up in IIS as a virtual directory while I built it and tested,
but when I moved it to www.nationbestsports.com removed the virtual
directory and updated my links my flash form will not return data - it's
like they never finish loading the waiting clock just runs and runs. They
work on my local server. I tried to match my IIS settings on both though
the ASP.net versions are different.
I am in the middle of wiping out the public facing configuration and
putting
it back without any virtual sites.
If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.
It's a server wide issue since any site with flash forms is now not
working.
