Because it's not 8000 products It's up to 50 times for 365 days for several years out for 8000 products.
That's roughly 146,000,000 records a year. There can be a number of other variables for each time. I am just thinking that breaking it up is better than one table. Therefore, I was thinking that I could have an XML file for each product. It would seem that may be faster....maybe not though.... So is mySQL (what we are using) the best option?
