These sites will describe NTT America's products, the Company and allow current customers to manage their services. Candidates should have 3-5 years of Web Development experience. Experience in building/deploying web applications in an Oracle/Unix environment is desired. Ability to make visually appealing and consistent interfaces is required. Skills: - Strong web software development skills in multi-tiered and distributed environments using iterative development process. OO Programming experience a plus. - Development Methodologies: OO analysis and design utilizing CFCs, Incremental and Iterative Development Testing Process - Database: High proficiency understanding and using relational databases through SQL. Oracle 8.x/9.x expertise a plus. - Experience with multiple Operating Systems and web servers: Solaris - Apache, Windows - IIS. - Design: Must have experience creating user-friendly, consistent and appealing web interfaces utilizing CSS and Photoshop - Proficiency in JavaScript. Advanced techniques such as AJAX a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to analyze business processes and create application models utilizing project-management standards. - Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross functional team. - Flexibility in learning new environments and technologies - Familiarity with Flash, ActionScript and ColdFusion Remoting a plus. - Familiarity with Webservices, both creation and consumption, a plus. - Experience with other web programming languages and environments a plus: JSP, ASP.NET Duties: - Develop moderately complex architecture and system design in multi-tiered and distributed environment based on business needs (25%). - Developing, designing interfaces and testing moderately complex IT solutions and marketing web sites (65%). - Participates with business units in the analysis of business-process/information flow and the creation of appropriate applications model (10%).
