Walt,
Look under Security in your CF Admin side menu and you'll see RDS Password.
Check the box and set your password. Not recommended for production.

Um, how do you do it? I thought it was a matter of editing the web.xml file,
but trying to connect via Dreamweaver using RDS fails on me (it can't 'see'
the RDS server)
