IIRC, when using MySQL on Linux database names and database table names
(and aliases) are case sensitive since they're tied to the file system.
Databasse column names are not. I'm not sure if anything has changed as
of MySQL 5, but this was the case with versions 3 and 4.
i.e. Database table named "someTable":
"select a.ID from someTable A" would fail
"select a.ID from sometable a" would fail
"select a.ID from someTable a" works

Data sources are not case sensitive Chris. I have never run across a case
sensitivity issue that didn't have some sort of file operation in the mix.
