These are the main plugins I use...The update sites are the sites you can tell Eclipse to download the plugins from.

Many of the plugins have installation instructions (most of which will be the same except a different update site).

CFEclipse

ColdFusion

JSEclipse (Interakt, now owned by Adobe)
Site: http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/jseclipse/
Update Site: (This is installed from a zip, instructions on site)
_javascript_ / AJAX development...supports Prototype/Scriptaculous, YUI, Dojo, etc.

Subclipse
Site: http://subclipse.tigris.org/
Update Site: http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.2.x
Subversion

Flex Builder
Adobe's Flex Builder (I install it as a plugin)

CDT
Site: http://www.eclipse.org/cdt/
Update Site: Can be found in the default Eclipse update sites
C++ Development

The Eclipse default update sites also have some plugins for Web Developement Tools project which can be very valuable as well.
