Web Developer
Job Description: The Web and application Systems Developer requirement
includes developing, deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting Intranet and
links to the Internet. Web applications will be developed using ColdFusion,
HTML, XHTML and Dreamweaver. Web Servers used will be Apache, IIS and
SunPlanet.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Will accept 6 years equivalent
experience in lieu of degree.
Required Skills:
3+ years experience with Web Development
3+ years experience operating Web based applications
Hands-on experience with Oracle
Hands-on knowledge of Dell server hardware
Hands-on experience with LAN operating system (Windows NT, Windows 2000,
Windows 2003)
Hands-on experience in Ethernet and wireless environment.
U.S. Citizenship is required. Position requires that candidate complete
paperwork for completion of a NAC (National Agency Check). Favorable results
are required to support this contract.
Knowledge of the following is preferred:
Apache Tomcat, IIS, IPlanet, HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, Oracle, SQL, Win2k
server, Win2003 server, FTP, HTTP, SSL, Windows file permissions and Active
Directory.
Other Skills:
Good documentation experience
Good problem solving skills
Attention to detail and continuous quality improvement
Excellent user interface skills
Self starter and ability to work as part of team
