I host all my own stuff so I can't help you there.
Most sites have clauses where they can kill your site without warning
but
it's mostly to protect themselves in case they find that you're doing
something illegal which opens them up to lawsuit. The Uptime is the big
one
and make sure they make regular backups of their servers and databases.
If
they don't, you will want to.
