Also for you those of you interested in building AIR apps using HTML and
JavaScript or Flash there are two extensions that you must have for
DreamweaverCS3 and FlashCS3

The extension for Flash can be found
here:http://www.flashguru.co.uk/create-apollo-apps-in-flash-cs3/

You can probably google the air extension for dreamweaver or check the
exchange. I have it but it's 24.6MB and I have no where to host it for
download. Maybe Chris does. I'm working on getting the blog thing going lol.

Christopher Jordan <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: I should have also mentioned in
my write up that they currently have versions of the AIR Beta for Mac and
Windows. They're working on the linux version and say that it should be out
soon. I know we've got some linux users in the group, so rest assured that
Adobe isn't leaving you guys in the cold. :o)

first event write up. I don't get to go to events too often, though MAX is far
enough away, that I may be able to manage that one. :o)

I may have the date wrong on that FP9. I was touch typing most of the time.
They presented us with a road map for their products. I'll see if I can find
that map online to check my information.

Does anyone else who went know if I got the date on that right? Clint? Tom?
Jimmy?

Nice write up. This worries me tho "Adobe is hoping to have a version of
Flash Player 9 for mobile devices by sometime in 2009."

That's a LOOONG time. Probably too long to be successful. :-(

 Hi folks,

The Adobe onAIR Bus Tour event was awesome! I saw some folks from the CFUG
there, but in case you missed it, you can read about it on my blog. Go check
it out! :o)
