Use <cfinput.../> instead of <input...>

Good morning All,
I'm trying for the first time the <cfgrid> and <cfgridupdate> tags...but
I'm having trouble with the submit button not displaying on the page.
It's not obvious to me...can someone tell me what I'm missing?
Code looks like:
