WEB DEVELOPER/PROGRAMMER
everitt.company, a creative visual communications firm based in Richardson,
Texas, is seeking an experienced, self-motivated web developer and
programmer. At everitt.company, web developers work closely with a small
team of graphic design and other professionals to develop web sites and
applications for everitt.company clients. Candidates should have a degree
in Computer Science/Information Systems and/or have two years of relevant
web development experience, and be interested in creating attractive,
dynamic and rich Internet applications.
We are seeking a full-time, on-location, contract-to-hire or permanent
professional, and will provide competitive compensation and a creative
environment where our team makes meaningful contributions to our clients'
businesses.
Demonstrated skills required of everitt.company Web Developers include:
• Strength in general code development, code optimization and software
design principles; OO programming experience is desired
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages, including ColdFusion MX ,
CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, ActionScript; ColdFusion MX certification is also
desired
• Competence in popular database architectures, including MS-SQL Server
• Skills in analytical and problem solving, including the ability to analyze
business processes and create application models utilizing
project-management standards
• Ability to function both independently and as a contributing team member,
as appropriate, communicating clearly from both verbal and written
perspectives
Duties:
• Develop moderately complex architecture and system designs, based on
client business needs
• Perform development and testing of moderately complex IT solutions
• Participate in the analysis of business-process/information flow and the
creation of appropriate applications model
• Contribute to the development of technically and aesthetically creative
solutions to client business requirements
