I have been a customer for years and have had my share of problems, but have been happy overall with the service. To give you an idea of how good a deal this is: I can personally, sublease ThePlanet space for a single server to another person/company for $175/mo, which up until now was a better deal than any I could find. They can now give you up to 5 tower servers for $200 in the 1/4 rack space.
