What format are the source files? If they're Jpeg, are they standard or
progressive? What OS does that user have?

It only seems to happen with certain photos. The files go into the CFC
normal, but come out funky. I've tried it myself with the same photos and
gotten the same result. We've listed 1500+ properties on this site and this
is the first I've seen of it.
Any ideas?
