New Media and Communications Organizations Present   
Design Thinking 2007  to Elicit Conversation and
Inspire Business Differentiation

The DFW Usability Professionals Association (DFW UPA)
and Society for Technical Communication (STC) Lone
Star Community (LSC) present Design Thinking 2007 on
the afternoon and evening of Friday, Oct. 19 at the
offices of IMC   2.

Chris Bernard, Microsoft user experience evangelist,
will be the featured speaker at the event. He works
with the software design, development and business
domains to communicate Microsoft's position on the
importance of user experience in software design.

To honor busy schedules, the unknowns of a new event,
and just to be different, this is a Half-Day-Plus
event. The main portion of the event will be from
11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. From 6 to 8 p.m., various 1- to
2-hour specialty sessions will be offered.
