Ok ,

check directly on WAN 2 if you can browse etc , if it works then create a
firewall rule like
Action -> Pass
Interface ->Lan
Protocol-> Any
Source -> your Source IP ,
Destination -> Any

and in Advanced settings

Gateway---> WAN2
Save & Apply .

after this check system states to monitor where traffic is going form your
source IP , or do trace route
