its under proxy server... you might need the package proxy filter to help with your problem.
I am pretty new to pFsense. I have setup squid(single wan/lan) CARP on wan/lan/dhcp/etc I messed with proxy filtering(that is how its shown in services) but stopped after i messed something up. I have heard the pFsense cookbook is great also. Good luck
