FYI- I haven't forgotten about this. It looks like I never went back
and added an "edit" function for Imported CRLs to allow them to be
updated. I've added that to my todo list...

Thanks! I'll keep an eye on this ticket. I'll note that I agree with
Ermal and Jim that updating the CRL via HTTP fits with many
organizations' best practices -- but I think you're right that adding
that functionality is a different workflow than allowing edits to
current CRLs via the web interface.
