I'm interested in if/how this integration goes. Besides the basic functionality of requesting PD in dibbler-client, you most likely want to use notify script. See section 4.8 in Dibbler User's Guide. This is a script that is called every time prefix (or any other configuration) is received. There were some enhancements done in this area after 0.8.4RC1 (see Dibbler bug #265), so I recommend using git version for initial integration. 0.8.4 should be released soon, but the exact release date is flexible.
