Not an issue just posting if anyone else had this annoyance. I am not 100% sure on how to explain this but here goes.
home domain = home.net work domain = work.net I had an issue that when connected to the OpenVPN (to home, from work). If I would type #ping server It would ping server.home.net not server.work.net. I changed the "Set DNS/WINS:" option to "Set nameserver (3.0b10)" and now it works great. If there is a servera at home and serverb at work all I need to type is is ping <hostname> and the DNS works out where <hostname> is at and fills in the rest. So Tunnelblick nameserver use: "Set nameserver (3.0b10)" That is all.
