So there will be one DC on vlan 1, but it also needs to be reachable from
vlan 2? If that's the case it should just be a matter of adding the
appropriate rules to allow those ports to go from the vlan 1 to the vlan 2
interface. For dhcp you would probably need to set up a forwarder on the
vlan 2 interface on pfsense to go to the DC. Alternatively you could allow
the DC access to both vlans (either with two network cards or two addresses
on a single card) I don't 100% remember if that works on 2012 (single card
2 vlans).
