I am at the moment playing with FailOver and later Load Balancing in
Multi-WAN situation.

I am looking at some HOWTOs on using Squid i(in transparent mode) in such
situations. For example these two:
1. http://goo.gl/kPPGB - It lead to a pdf download
2. http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,38882.0.html

Link [1] suggests the creation of DNS servers which are not associated with
any particular Gateway. Since most ISP gives you at least 2 DNS servers, I
am thinking that perhaps we should have pfSense allow the creation of more
than the current 4 DNS servers. I can then use two each per provider,
linked to their gateway and still have 2 or so more DNS servers (Open DNS
servers) that I can play use when I do not want to use those given by my
provider.

Between the two links, I am going to test them out tomorrow, but I cannot
test 1 because I don't have more slots for DNS :-)

So is there a problem I'm blind to if we were to have pfSense allow the
creation of 8 DNS Servers, for example??

Opinions, please?
