In a recent thread there was mention of a RRD bug when upgrading to 2.1 on nanobsd systems where the /tmp filesystem would fill up, resulting in a sytem with no valid interfaces.
I have two production systems to be upgraded, one running 2.0.1 and the other running 2.1RC0, both nanobsd, so this problem, if it exists and affects me, is of great interest to me. However I wasn't able to find much about it other than the recent mention that I already alluded to, and the supposed workaround of obtaining a modified firmware image. Does this problem exist? Is there a somewhat reliable way of determining whether it affects me? The upgrade guide makes no mention of it, so I'm inclined to think it's an exception if it happens at all, however the description in the other thread has me worried. db
