Greetings list,

Does anyone know if it's possible to 'sync' alias lists across pfSense units?

I could probably knock something together in $scripting_language_du_jour to
backup each unit's config, update the alias list, then restore the new config
back to the device, but a) that would involve restarting each device when the
alias list changed, and b) it'd be a bit like using a sledgehammer to crack a
nut.

I have a client with several dozen pfSense deployments, each of which has an
alias list for IPs allowed to connect via RDP. The list is identical across
each device, but at present, when the list needs to be amended, it has to be
done on each device individually. The ability to update the list on one unit
and automatically propagate that to the other units would be helpful.

Any suggestions gratefully appreciated.

Kind regards,

Chris
