3. Problems with Realtek 8168/8111 nic (Peter Merritt)

Hi Peter,

I have the same problem with realtek nics and I looking a solve for this. I 
tested in  two appliances
with realtek nics model 8111, but happened the same problem.

If I find the solution I'll post in the list.
