It seems to be a known bug.
The same to me, on my laptop (Linux-Kde-Firefox, screen resolution
1600x900) with the latest 2.1.5 release.
On an other PC with the same configuration and versions (Linux-Kde-
Firefox) , but different screen resolution (1280x1024), the menù is correct
even on 2.1.5
At the moment I'm working around the problem by connexting to
http(s)://<my.pf.ip>/system.php
and changing the theme to "the_wall".
This theme, even displaying the "Help" menù below the "System" menù,
lets me select the single voices in the "System" menù by moving the mouse
on the on the extreme right side of the "System" menu.
